By accessing our website, purchasing or using VRTX™, or making use of any products or services offered by Investnet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access our website or use our products or services.
About Investnet
Investnet is a South African company that develops trading technology designed to assist traders in analysing financial markets.
Our product, VRTX™, is a multi-indicator technical analysis tool developed to support independent market analysis.
Investnet does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services, and the offerings are for educational purposes.

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

Orders and Purchases
All orders for VRTX™ are subject to acceptance by Investnet.
Payment must be successfully processed and received before software activation or license delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Investnet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical system issues, or other exceptional circumstances.
Software Licence
The use of VRTX™ is governed by the Investnet End User License Agreement (EULA).
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers any ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property to the user.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed by Investnet are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed in an accepted quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law. Failure to complete payment in full will delay or prevent software activation.
Refunds
Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable South African legislation and Investnet’s specific refund policy. Nothing contained in these Terms limits or restricts any statutory rights available to consumers under South African law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to VRTX™, the Investnet website, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, educational materials, videos, and marketing content remain the exclusive property of Investnet (Pty) Ltd. No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
VRTX™ and certain website services rely on third-party software, charting platforms, payment gateways, hosting infrastructure, and market data feeds. Investnet is not responsible for any service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or system failures originating from these third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.
Consumer Protection
Investnet is committed to conducting business fairly, honestly, and transparently. Where applicable, our products and services are supplied in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, and all other applicable South African legislation. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from your use of our website, products, software, or services. Relationship with Encompass
VRTX™ may be offered as an optional software or product through Encompass. The purchase, licensing, activation, technical support, and ongoing use of VRTX™ are provided exclusively by Investnet (Pty) Ltd and remain strictly subject to these Terms, our End User License Agreement (EULA), Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
Changes to these Terms
Investnet reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of our website, products, or services after any amendments become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
